Thank you for sharing our interest and love for dogs.  Promises Kept Kennels is nestled in the heart of the Ozark in south central Missouri.  We have been involved in breeding and improving the lines of dogs for over 50 years.  We love our country life of raising dogs, playing with puppies, showing our dogs, and enjoying the scenery.

Promises Kept Kennels specializes in a strong genetic breeding and conformation to the AKC breed standard.  When we look at mating a pair, we are looking back 3 to 4 generations and forward 2 to 3 generations to determine what we want to do to improve the breed.  The result, genetically superior, sound puppies that will bring you joy for years to come.  It shows with our repeat customers.  We have many repeat customers, from pet owners, breeders, and show people. 

Hi, I'm Mark Landers.  My partner, Ray, and I look forward to helping you find just the right puppy for your home.  My family has enjoyed the priviledge of raising and breeding dogs since I was a kid.  My father and uncle raised beagles as I was growing up.  It was such a challenging and rewarding experience that I have followed in their footsteps.  I procured a bachelor's degree in Animal Science and pursued my dream.  So here I am.  Nothing makes me happier than introducing a puppy to a family that they are going to enjoy for years to come.
